ARTIST FEATURE: Alceoftheart

I never feature much ya know, coz of uh...reasons,
but then I looked at Alce's 's pageviews (which only has 3,019pageviews as of Jan.22,13) and I was liek~~

I'm gonna feature this 'tol/'bro of mine.^^
This calls for much volunteering to feature him, I mean, c'mon, those pageviews are so... disappointing~~







ALCEOFTHEART Alce of the Art, or simply "Alce" _{(or Jay/Nameless told me his real name but I uh...forgot. I always juz call him "Alce" or "tol"~~)}
"~A true Filipino hailed from Cavite, Philippines. Probably, this guy is the few remaining Filipinos alive today still burning with true Filipino hearts you'd ever find on these modern times where things are taken for granted and where cultures and traditions of Filipinos are diminishing (or has it already have?).
And as much, whatever lays diminished from the hearts of the people, have still been made preserved by Alce's own Filipino-oriented concept: HIS ARTWORKS----Alce-trademark artworks if I say so myself.
As what I can say much, the TRUE FILIPINOS have already died---and with them went the TRUE LOVE FOR FILIPINO CULTURE---all these went along with them to their graves.
But as long as there are people like this deviant Alce, even if it'd only be him left _{(or a very few of us left, although I can't compare myself to him coz I've lost much of my hope for Filipinos)} to cherish and appreciate the TRUE-PHILIPPINES, what the Philippines had been, and what our fathers and grandfathers (and grandmothers) have fought for which were carved in history's blood---then Philippines, the Philippines which our national heroes have wished for, may still exist even if it would just be existing in Alce's pages.
For Alce, his works are his commitments of relinquishing the past, yet keeping the memories that have enabled Filipinos to be known for as "Filipinos".
His works may be wrapped with fantasy and ordeal, but such themes and storylines are essential to mark up a plot; nonetheless, the essence of Filipino spirit and being a Filipino are all there, no matter what fantasy limelight there would be observed for.
This is Alce's work, these are all his artworks, and my journal will not even suffice to the value and importance of his concepts, much to say I can only feature him but can't do anything much after; but as the flame of this Filipino with endearing passion have kept on burning, then I am proud to feature him and will always, always back my words up to say that Alce is one of the remaining TRUE FILIPINOS that is worth the Filipino pride.

May the Filipino blood of the past continue to flow onto his veins, and let this blood be channeled through the pages of his artworks and concepts. Godspeed, Alce."
