Adobo: King of Filipino Dishes

And this here, is what we'd call as the "King of Filipino Dishes", the "adobo"~~~ ^^

ADOBO, pretty much the no.1 Filipino dish you'll ever know~!



I know how to make this, but it was more of the "simpler" method~~ There are lotsa ways to make this, mine was juz~~ vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, marinate the entire chicken there, simmer in boiling water until it gives that "cooking smell" and yeah, done.

Other means go with paprika, laurel leaves, the method is endless~~ the more complex your cooking is, the greater it tastes.
This particular adobo here you're seeing uses "tuba" or "palm wine" instead of vinegar~! ^^
